The World Tree's Cry 1

Inori MisonoI bet my dad and Hiroko are so worried...

PlayerKnowing your father, he's raising hell.

PlayerDidn't you leave a note or anything?

PlayerEvery child needs to fly the nest one day...

Inori MisonoRight? One time, I didn't come straight home from school and my dad ended up searching all over town for me.

Inori MisonoI didn't have a chance to.

Inori MisonoI never imagined anything like this would happen.

Inori MisonoNo, my dad doesn't think that way. He'll definitely lose his mind.

Inori MisonoI mean, can we blame him? After all, he lost two of his family members three years ago, too...

Inori MisonoBut, yeah, he's still way too overprotective.

AegiomonAnd what about your friend Hiroko?

Inori MisonoYeah, I bet she's worried to pieces. We've been best friends since we were little kids.

Inori MisonoYou know that video streaming thing she does? I think she does that for me.

Inori MisonoShe says she's doing it to get rich, but that's not true. She always used to say she wanted to make anime...

Inori MisonoI don't think she was ever into the supernatural or urban legends. At least, not until I lost my my mom and brother.

PlayerShe's doing all that for you?

PlayerIs she gathering information about the accident?

PlayerSo she lied about doing it for the money?

Inori MisonoYeah, I think so. She's trying to find even the smallest clue about the accident.

AegiomonShe should just say so, then.

Inori MisonoShe's just worried I'd feel guilty about it. That's why she says it's for the money.

Inori MisonoHiroko is really kind at heart like that.

AegiomonI still don't really get it.

Inori MisonoYou will in time. After all, you're basically still a newborn.

Inori MisonoIs that the Gear Forest?

AegiomonWait! Those things... Are they...?!

AegiomonDigimon are flying in the same direction as us... toward the Gear Forest!
