Card KingAh... A challenger.

PlayerGet ready to lose!

PlayerAre you the Card King?

PlayerA challenger...? Huh...?

Card KingHmph. You are in quite a hurry... Actually, that will just make this easier for me.

Card KingIndeed I am... The one and only King of Cards! I reign supreme from my throne!

Card KingDo not play the innocent with me... Huh? You mean to say you really don't know?

Card KingNow, let us see whether you have what it takes to defeat the mighty Card King!

PlayerLet's do this.

PlayerSorry. I just remembered I have to leave.

Card KingHehe. Win or lose, I am looking forward to this encounter.

Card KingGo and deal with your prior engagement, then. I do not want any excuses when you lose.

Card KingLet the battle... begin!

Card KingThat was a rather close battle... I just barely managed to emerge victorious.

Card KingI enjoyed our encounter here today. I would welcome another challenge if you are willing.

Card KingImpossible! How could I lose?! I guess you truly are worthy of the name "champion."

LeopardmonCongratulations. You are now the Card King who rules over both worlds!

PlayerSo it was you, Leopardmon...?

PlayerYou got hooked on playing cards?

PlayerI'm the Class 2 Unified Champion.

LeopardmonYes, I have come to this world in search of even more powerful card battlers.

LeopardmonI can tell by the way you hold your hand that you are familiar with military strategy.

LeopardmonAnd, as such, you will now have twice the number of challengers coming for your title.

LeopardmonIn recognition of your strength, I should like to give you this card.

LeopardmonNow, then... I shall remain here as the Card King until the final battle.

LeopardmonI will venture to the rendezvous point when the time comes. Never fear. But, for now, allow me to maintain my alter ego.

LeopardmonI ask that you do not mention my presence here to anyone else.

Card KingI no longer have any rewards to give you, but would you care for another battle?

PlayerYes, I accept your challenge.

PlayerMaybe some other time.

Card KingI shall place the shimmering crown of victory upon my head once more!

Card KingI see...

Card KingIt appears I have won this particular battle. I eagerly await our next encounter.

Card KingMost impressive... There was much that I could learn from that battle.

ManLong time, no see. You haven't changed a bit, so I instantly knew it was you. Recognize me?

ManHow's that fella I played tag with doing? Time sure does fly.

ManYou know... I never thought you'd get so good you'd trounce even the Card King.

PlayerWait... It's you?!

PlayerWhere is the true Card King?

PlayerUm, who are you, again?

The True Card KingThanks for giving me the reaction I'd hoped for. I'm glad that you remember me.

The True Card KingCome on. It's me! I'm the true Card King!

The True Card KingY-You don't remember...? I said some pretty mean things to that fella back then...

The True Card King...Now, the time has come! There can only be one true Card King!

The True Card KingLet the battle... begin!

PlayerBring it on!

PlayerNow is not the time.

The True Card KingI've waited a long time to hear those words, probably since the day we met!

The True Card KingDammit. Way to ruin the moment. If you have business to take care of, just hurry up.

The True Card KingNow, show me! Show me the card techniques you've honed over your epic journey!

The True Card KingIt would appear I have not met my match just yet. It's so very lonely at the top.

The True Card KingIncredible... Outstanding! You're the first one I've met who surpasses me in skill!

The True Card KingAt last, I can assume the role of challenger. And you'll be the keystone of my quest!

The True Card KingNow that I have something to aspire to, I can enjoy the game again! We must play again!

The True Card KingI've been waiting! I trust you're ready to have a card battle now?

PlayerSure, let's do it.

PlayerI'll pass.

The True Card KingThat's the spirit! Now, have at you!

The True Card KingToo busy, are you? Come and see me again when you have time.

The True Card KingI win this time! But this is not the end, is it? I look forward to our next match!

The True Card KingI lost... but I also had fun. And so we will play again. You can count on that!
