PlayerI remember when I first encountered this unusual detective.
PlayerI was in Shinjuku, just after I met Hudie.
PlayerShe was investigating something called a "Digital Wave," and I somehow ended up being roped into her investigation.
KyokoIs something wrong?
KyokoAre you thinking back to when we first met?
KyokoYou were a great help.
KyokoThe workload was way more than I could handle by myself.
KyokoI didn't have an assistant then like I do now.
KyokoThinking about it, meeting you is probably what made me realize how much help an assistant could be. I'm grateful.
KyokoSpeaking of assistants...
KyokoDid you see what happened afterwards?
Player...?
KyokoThat's a shame. Maybe you're a stranger to the supernatural.
Kyoko...
KyokoI wonder what would have happened if you'd encountered that "digital monster" in Shinjuku before me.
KyokoThe wheels of fate would have changed the future, and the present would be completely different.
KyokoImpossible pasts would have collided, and the world would have vanished?
KyokoIn that case, the existence of a fixed present would be a prerequisite...
Player???
KyokoOh, it's nothing. Forget about it.
KyokoLet's not make things complicated.
KyokoBy the way, do you like coffee? Sorry I didn't offer you some earlier.
KyokoTo celebrate our reunion, I think I'll treat you to my special blend.
Player(Special...blend?)
Player?!
Player(Was that a shiver?!)
Player(What's going on?! I have a bad feeling about this!)
KyokoHuh?
Player(A DigiLine from Chitose!)
DigiLine From Chitose"How's the case going?"
DigiLine From Chitose"You wouldn't get distracted during such an important case, would you?"
DigiLine From Chitose"I installed spyware on your Digivice, so I'll know if you're slacking off."
Player?!
DigiLine From Chitose"Come on! :P As if I'd do something like that! But I could if I wanted to."
DigiLine From Chitose"I'm just messing with you!"
Player...
Player(I can't tell if he's kidding or not.) (I have a bad feeling about this. I'd better go.)
KyokoWhat's the matter?
KyokoYou need to get back?
KyokoI guess you must be in the middle of something. I wanted to hear what you thought of my coffee, but we can do it another time.
KyokoFate seems to be bringing us together. I'm sure the chance will come soon enough.
KyokoIf you ever need an amazing detective, you can't beat the Kuremi Detective Agency.
KyokoI doubt a high school kid like you can afford to pay much, but there's more to life than money.
KyokoA fascinating case is its own reward.
KyokoAlthough that's not entirely enough... Hehe.
Player...?
